Harry is an avid wine lover with a penchant for the Rhône Valley. An engineer by trade, he takes a keen interest in the history of different wine regions and discovering their unique varietals. Asking him to pick a favourite wine region would be tantamount to asking a parent their favorite child – there are no wrong answers, expect, perhaps, Chianti.
Favourite wine: Chateauneuf du Pape.

Originally from Taiwan, Stanley is a passionate wine enthusiast with esteemed qualifications such as WSET Level 2 and SSI Level 1. With a special love for Pinot Noir, he's eagerly anticipating a trip to Europe this fall to sample different wines. Though not a professional cook, Stanley's culinary skills are an important part of his life, as he enjoys pairing wines with delicious homemade meals and savoring fine dining experiences. Whether he's experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen or exploring culinary delights at a local restaurant, Stanley's passion for food and wine always shines through. Fun fact: Stanley's cooking has become a favorite among friends and family, enhancing every gathering with his artful combinations of food and wine!
